Our Initiatives The Writing Center The Writing Center offers individual appointments to student writers across all levels and disciplines. First-year Writing Seminars The Writing Seminars provide first-year students a foundation for their ongoing development as critical readers, writers, and researchers. Sophomore Research Seminars The year-long Sophomore Research Seminars offer students close mentoring and peer community as they practice the work of scholarship. Graduate Writing Courses WRI 500-level courses help graduate student writers develop successful and sustainable practices for communicating their research. Sophomore research Alyssa "Ally" Lloyd wins Princeton Research Day Award Sophomore researcher Alyssa "Ally" Lloyd's research project for WRI 220/1 "Princeton in a Pin[ch]: How Worn Labels Promote Inclusion and Exemplify Exclusion at Elite Institutions" won the Princeton University Library Award at the 2024 Princeton Research Day.
