Patrick Bonczyk is a musicologist researching the intersections of music, instrumentality, and the history of science, medicine, and technology. His current projects consider how early modern keyboard instruments confront the human-animal, human-machine boundaries. Dr. Bonczyk’s other interests include video game music and writing pedagogy.
